COOKING AT THE TOP: SUSHI
Cooking At The Top: Sushi March 25 | 6PM Join us for a fun and interactive sushi-making class! Learn how to roll like a pro and impress your friends with your sushi skills. Executive Sous Chef, Armando Sola, will guide you through the process step-by-step, so don't worry if you're a beginner. Get ready to enjoy delicious sushi while taking in breathtaking views from the top. Class also includes a complimentary house wine or beer with additional beverages available for purchase. We will be making the following sushi rolls: Spicy Tuna California Smoked Salmon Seaweed Salad & Dipping Sauces Members: $45++ *24-Hour Cancellation Policy: We understand life happens! Please let us know if you are unable to attend so our Chef and Skyline Team can plan accordingly. No-shows and less than 24-hour cancellations will be charge 50% of the total number registered.
