This discussion group is designed to develop awareness, understanding, and an informed opinion on US foreign policy and global issues. International Cooperation on Climate Change. Are we asking the right questions in regards to combating climate change? What does it mean? How does it impact life on Earth? What impact do carbon emissions really have? Should the U.S. prioritize this as a national security issue? Should the U.S. provide financial support to other countries to help them address climate change in their region?
